Instructed by the College to prepare a 10yr term Programme of Planned Maintenance for all sites, to establish the condition of the properties & prioritise future maintenance costs. The properties ranged from Grade II listed traditional buildings in the centre of Nottingham, a 1970s CLASP school complex, a modern steel framed 6 storey property and 2 sites containing single and two storey combined workshops and teaching facilities.
