Appointed on behalf of the landlord to prepare a Planned Preventative Maintenance Report, reporting on the current condition of the building and identifying necessary repair and ongoing maintenance works over a 10 year period together with budget costs. Included a breakdown of tenant’s costs for certain areas of external repairs they were liable for under the terms of their leases and liaison with the Listed Building Officer over permitted repairs.
