The position provides an excellent career opportunity with the candidate working directly for the Lead Director, assisting and managing their own workload in all aspects of building surveying on mainly commercial projects and properties.
Ideally you will have 1-2 years’ experience and be working towards sitting the APC or be newly qualified and looking to expand and develop your skillset and profile within the profession.
If required, excellent training and mentoring will be provided in order to guide the successful candidate through the APC programme and upon passing their APC, the right candidate will have every opportunity to obtain promotion via a clear career progression path.
The candidate should be enthusiastic and a team player. The successful candidate will have the ability and ambition to promote the business and be a key part of our team.
Based in our Nottingham office, the role will involve a mixture of professional and project based building surveying work on all types of commercial property for high quality clients. The candidate will be expected to show a professional attitude and appearance in this client facing role, be well organised, adaptable and be self-motivated. Candidates should also have good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop on a personal and professional basis.
