KIMBERLEY SCHOOL, NEWDIGATE STREET, NOTTINGHAM

The School was changing from State to Academy status and required a priced condition survey of the fabric outlining the condition, the necessary repairs and budgets.

As a school it has a variety of period single storey buildings, 1960/70 modular clasp buildings and more recent specialist DT and Arts blocks.

Additional funding at transfer was secured.
