Georgie Dobinson is a Building Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience in commercial property consultancies.

During her career to date, Georgie has been involved in a range of projects across varying sectors. She has worked with project values in excess of £2 Million and has delivered projects on time and within the client’s budgets. As well as a variety of professional surveys for a range of clients in the commercial sector.

Over the last 5 years Georgie has carried out professional instructions ranging from preparation of Schedules of Condition, Schedules of dilapidations and all related negotiations, party wall, building reinstatement cost assessments, right to light appraisals, planned preventive maintenance surveys, Contract Administration and producing Schedules of Work.

Georgie has worked in various sectors such as industrial, healthcare, educational, council, housing associations and retail.

She is currently working towards her APC to become a Charted Building Surveyor.
